The board of directors has been renewed at KAVOSZ Business Development Co. Ltd. – Tamás Rátkai became the president
The board of directors of KAVOSZ, the financial enterprise dealing with direct lending, KAVOSZ Vállalkozásjesztelsezi Zrt., has been renewed, and the new management consists of Jenő Radetzky, László Krisán and Tamás Rátkai, who was elected chairman of the board of directors.
The change may give new impetus to the company’s mission: more efficient, faster and digitally based financing of micro-enterprises.
Tamás Rátkai has been working at the forefront of the financial sector for more than twenty years. He is credited with making BÁV Faktor the market leader, with more than 570 billion forints in financing and more than 4,000 small business clients. As the founder of Flexibill and co-founder of the Hungarian Fintech Association, he is a committed believer in financial innovation, especially digital, integrated and customer-friendly solutions. Under his leadership, strategic partnerships were established with Erste Bank, Kulcs-Soft, and Számlázz.hu to make modern invoice financing tools available to domestic SMEs.
“I believe that innovation is not a goal, but a tool for sustainable development – and in this spirit, we build the financial ecosystem of the future with our partners every day,” says Tamás Rátkai, who in his new position intends to further strengthen the nearly 15-year operation of KAVOSZ Vállalkozásjesztelsezi Zrt. in the direction of customer focus, speed, and digital solutions.
Another new member of the renewed board of directors is also a key player in domestic economic life. Jenő Radetzky: engineer, economist, and entrepreneur, member of the presidency of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, president of the Fejér County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an active member of numerous domestic and international economic, diplomatic, educational, and professional organizations. László Krisán continues to be involved in the lending work of KAVOSZ Vállalkozásjestelmezői Zrt. as the company’s managing director and also as a member of the board of directors.
During his professional career, he has been the CEO of KAVOSZ Zrt. for more than two decades and has been working with special attention to increasing the competitiveness of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises; in the case of KAVOSZ Vállalkozásjestelmezői Zrt., in the area of direct entrepreneurial lending, especially the distribution of Széchenyi Card Microloans.
