The Debrecen and the Szeged Plaza to be renewed
The Indotek Group will start renovating two new shopping centers at the same time: the modernization of both the Debrecen Plaza and Szeged Plaza will be completed by the end of August – origo wrote.
In the first phase of the reconstruction, the interiors of both sites will be refurbished, followed by the renovation and alteration of the exterior facade and the environment of the buildings. The investor Indotek Group now has twenty Hungarian shopping centers in its portfolio, and the company will spend about 4 billion HUF on the modernization in 2019 alone. (origo)
