Consumer prices have risen in Europe’s largest economy
The increase in consumer prices boosted to six-and-a-half-year peak in Germany in October.
The German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) announced on Tuesday that the Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) rose by 2.4 percent in October, compared to the same month of the previous year and increased by 0.1 percent in monthly comparison, in line with analysts’ expectations. (MTI)
