The number of commercial credits increase before Christmas
From the point of view, consumer lendings, the period before Christmas is traditionally strong. Most people are looking for goods and overdrafts, but credit cards are also commonly used in the November-December period – banks told MTI.
At OTP Bank, the two months of the year-end period is clearly the strongest, when the consumers are looking for a financial solution to purchase a product or a service. The bank expects that more and more people will pay with credit cards when shopping during this holiday season. (hirado.hu, MTI)
