54 billion HUF for irrigation development
The Prime Minister's Office reached at the negotiations of the Rural Development Programme that multiple of the former amount; approximately 54 billion HUF to be available for irrigation development – the Prime Minister's Office told MTI on Friday.
The Communication highlights that the development of irrigation is essential to maintain and further increase the competitiveness of the Hungarian agriculture.
They point out that the EU legislation is extremely strict in the EU support for the development of irrigation. (MTI)
