Slovakian Government ban to sell under ex works price
The president of the Slovakian Retail Association said, the new bill is against costumers and the constitution.
The bill would ban to sell some product under ex works price
from February and would give hard punisment for stores not to complience with
the law, it could be CK 10 million penalty.
The bill would control the contact between the store chains
and their suppliers. In the EU there is no law for controlling the retail but the
member countries can make such bill as did in Slovakia.
