No more physical guest book
The Hungarian parliament has voted yes on abolishing paper guest books in hotels and other places of accommodation as of 1 January 2023. This means that accommodation providers will have less administrative work. Today all 46,000 places of accommodation are using software for registering guests, thanks to the launch of the National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK) back in 2019, which set the goal of digitalising the sector. //
