The final decision: the Visegrádi mineral water is not harmful to health
The appellate court found that the amount of fluoride in the water do not exceed the 1.5 milligram per liter limit laws – reports Privatbankar.hu.
The Metropolitan Court of Appeal held that the Visegrádi mineral water is not dangerous to health. With this, the bottler of the mineral water brand has won the lawsuit for the second instance against Interpress Magazine (IPM) – told Pet-Pack Ltd., the owner of the Visegrádi brand to MTI, on Tuesday.
