Bankruptcy arrangement was born at the Pápai Hús Kft.

A Bankruptcy arrangement was born among the creditors of the the Pápai Hús 1913 Kft. On Thursday, it was decided that more than 50 percent of the creditors' claims will be fulfilled – Áldozó Tamás (Fidesz-KDNP), Mayor of Pápa told MTI.

He said that a solution was found, which makes the continuation of the meat industrial activities of the Pápai Hús 1913 Kft. possible. The mayor called the arrangement a remarkable success, recalling that in general, companies under bankruptcy are able to reach less favorable agreements with the creditors. (MTI)
