OTP may acquire a part of Podravka

OTP Bank Nyrt. may acquire a 10 percent share in Croatia's largest internationally recognized food producer and distributor firm, the Podravka.

Previously OTP had lent 38 million euros to Podravka, with a maturity of the 30th of September. According to Croatian news informations; the company has problems with the repayment.
Ljuba Jurcic, the CEO of Podravka told, that negotiations undergo about payback of the loan – reports Világgazdaság Online.
