Penam can obtain Multi bakery and Ceres Bakery Inc.

Penam can obtain all shares of Multi bakery and 100 percent control over the Ceres Bakery Inc. – decided the Competition Authority (GVH).

The dominant Czech firm, the Penam produces bakery and mill products and was established in 1999, with the merging of the twelve-mill bakery companies of the Czech Republic. Approximately two third of its traffic is bakery products, while the remaining part is mill industrial products – reports Világgazdaság Online.
