No daily inventory will be necessery at the bars
István Újhegyi, president of National Turistic Comitee, socialist congressman submitted a proposal in the Hungarian Congress which would destroyed the law for daily inventory.
According to in December accepted tax
law, caterers should daily make a list of alcohol drinks on special list or in special computer
program approved by Hungarian Custom Authority. Finance Ministry said this lists could help to
clamp down on unfair practices with illegal alcoholic drinks.
Congressman said it would be to much
administration for small bars and restaurants, he said they have not enough employee for this
work and there isn't correct information how many grist would it bring to the
government's mill.
