However, it is not always necessary to offer Magyar Posta to webshops during delivery
It is mandatory for webshops to offer the possibility of delivery by Magyar Posta to the customer who qualifies as a consumer, on the website of the online store, if the product is not excluded from postal delivery. However, there are quite a lot of excluded products, so you should carefully review the MPL General Terms and Conditions of each online store, or especially its Appendix No. 1 on the products affected by the delivery restriction.
Such products include, among others, insecticides, agricultural chemicals, bleaching agents (chlorinated lime), oil paints, wood preservatives, printer cartridges, glues, manicure liquids, charcoal, self-defense gases, sprays (deodorant, hairspray, decorative artificial snow spray), gas cylinders, lighters. Also excluded are, for example, electric bicycles, scooters and wheelchairs that operate with lithium batteries that exceed the permitted nominal capacity of 100 watt-hours, or up to 2 g lithium content. Also excluded are laptops with an external battery, 160 watt-hour lithium-ion batteries free or inserted into the device, etc. Firearms, ammunition, compressed air or carbon dioxide, other gas-operated and electric rubber projectile, paintball or museum weapons, such as air rifles, shotguns, airsoft weapons, arrow rifles and their parts and accessories, are excluded from transport. Until March 28, all online stores still have breathing time to clarify which products intended for sale to the consumer may fall into the set of products already excluded from delivery by MPL.
