Budapest’s first Macaron Day to come
With the “Macaron Nap Magyarország” titled event, Budapest joins to the program series that have a great popularity in New York and Paris for years. The program series are designed to widen the fan base of the small but unique sweets.
Macaron fair, macaron competition and macaron coctail bar await those who visit the U26 Bisztronómia Fakultáció on March 20 in Budapest. The small cookies can be bought and tasted. In fact, anyone in professional and amateur categories can show their macaron preparing knowledge. The jury will select the best ones in the scope of a blind tasting on the basis of taste color, consistency and overall impressions. (MTI)
