The Coop Group retained its 15 percent market share
Despite the crisis, the Coop Group was managed to maintain its 15 percent market share in the Hungarian market – said Murányi László, CEO of Co-op Hungary Zrt. on Wednesday in Budapest, at the press conference announcing the 6th Coop Rally.
He said that the group calculates with 510 billion HUF turnover, that will be similar to last year's. He added that earlier this year, they expected that consumption would grow by more than one percent in Hungary, but it is expected, that by the end of the year it will be around 0.5 percent. Thus, the Coop-Group sales are expected to remain at the base, or at best can grow by 1-2 percent – reports MTI.
