Solutions at the time of recession
Recently we have written about how celebrated British and American chefs drastically reduced the prices of their famous dishes and services at the time of economic crisis. The same process slowly takes off in Hungary as well. In Hotel Astoria’s Mirror restaurant you can get a 3-course meal paying merely 50 percent more than for a meal in a fast food unit. In Pécs’s Enoteca Corso the HUF 890 2-course daily menu is a real treat, offering simple, traditional delicacies that our mothers used to make. Most of these dishes have already disappeared from the restaurants.
