Alensa opens its first store in Hungary
Alensa Optika, which operates more than 40 online stores in 31 countries, and now offers its premium quality eyewear and contact lenses in a brick-and-mortar store offering various digital solutions to Hungarian customers in addition to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has recently opened its first store in Hungary. Alensa is currently among the three largest online contact lens and eyewear retailers in Europe.
The new store is located in Budapest, at Andrássy út 47, and covers an area of 322 square meters. In the store, customers can choose from more than 4,000 different glasses and have access to the latest contact lens technologies and eye care products. The store also has two modern examination rooms, where three qualified optometrists perform vision tests and can determine the optimal correction with an accuracy of 0.01 hundredth of a diopter. Róbert Tóth, the head of Alensa Optika in Hungary, said: “The Hungarian showroom is currently the largest Alensa showroom in Europe, spread over three floors.”
The Czech company, which started operations in 2007, is now present in 31 countries, including Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. In the Czech Republic, in addition to the Alensa.cz online store, there are also Alensa opticians in Prague, Brno, České Budějovice and Ostrava. The company sells only original contact lenses and glasses, which are provided by reliable and official suppliers. Alensa’s online offer includes more than 17,000 prescription glasses and sunglasses, while 99% of contact lenses are immediately available from stock.
