5 stars hotel to open in Sarvar

The Spirit Hotel Rogner Thermal Spa is a projekt of Hungarian developers in value of HUF 12 billion. The hotel has 273 rooms with one or two beds or apartaments.

Austrian hotel chain Rogner, has a large wellness centre, with 1500
sqm water surface. Official the hotel opens in Mai, but from now it
works with all services in test period.
The investor was the Hungarian Terra
Invest, which hopes its investment returns in 15 years.
The city Sarvar plans to renovate the
bath and hopes it brings new developing in value of HUF 200 billion.
