The country's first gipsy restaurant opened in the city of Békés
Gypsy hen cabbage, duck neck with knife-cut noodles, chicken and back with moring – these and similar foods can be found in the menu of the country's first gipsy restaurant in the city of Békés – told the restaurant's owner to MTI on Tuesday.
Ásós Geza, who is also of gipsy origin, said that in the recently opened restaurant, above all, traditional gipsy dishes are served, and the base of cooking beside delicacy is cheapness. The owner of the Kira restaurant is confident that his business will reach success, because the gipsy dishes such as stuffed cabbage is served on weekdays, and it's not a typical for the food offer of the Hungarian restaurants – reports MTI.
