The first five-star hotel of the Istrian peninsula has opened
The number of luxury hotels in Croatia have increased significantly in the past few months, Croatian tourism puts the main emphasis on five-star hotels at the moment.
Tourism has always been an important source of income in Croatia, and now more and more hotels are about to open in the summer. The first five star-hotel of the Istrian peninsula has just opened, the hotel of Dubrovnik went through a major reconstruction, and now there are 1200 extra beds available in Split. In the past few years, Croatian tourism seem to have put luxury hotels in the first place, thus re-designed a number of lower-categorias hotels and transformed them into five-star hotels.
