The 4 stars hotel with 100 rooms had a renovation cost of HUF 4.2 billion. The hotel has 3 floors, also the big dance was renewed, for the cars there is a 3 floors garage.

The former of Anna hotel was built in
1802 as restaurant, it worked as hotel since 1912. From now there are
a 1,200 sqm vital island with wellness service, a pub, a winotek,
squash and bowling halls in the hotel.

30% form the whole cost was the privat
part, the rest was financed by bank credit.

Near to the hotel there is the former
Hotel Ipoly what will be rebuilt to Anna Grand Residence (with 24
rooms and 7 apartements), it will be open for the guests from years
end.
