The 7th Hungarian Cheese Muster has been opened

It is the joint responsibility of the government and the cheese makers to develop the Hungarian cheese culture and to present the Hungarian cheese specialties; “Hungarian cheese is our common cause,” – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) told at the opening of the 7th Hungarian Cheese Muster in Budapest.

Feldman Zsolt added at the event organized by the Hungarian Cheese Makers Association: It is important for the government to support the producers of quality artisanal cheeses, who primarily want to reach customers through short supply chains and direct sales. Therefore, in the next period, they will assist with for investments through applications. (MTI)
