Shell’s third truck-mounted pump station opened in Vép
Shell is further expanding its Hungarian filling station network: the company’s third unmanned truck-powered fast filling station has opened in Vép, at the M86 motorway exit, at the site of its cooperating partner Galambos Holding Kft. The facility was specifically designed for trucks over 3.5 tonnes, with the need for fast and convenient refueling in mind. Business customers with a Shell card can purchase Shell FuelSave Diesel and AdBlue without queuing, in as little as fifteen minutes.
The easily accessible station, located on a priority transit route, has six refueling lanes exclusively for trucks, which are equipped with high-pressure satellite diesel and AdBlue pumps. The self-service system, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensures fast and efficient refueling for Shell Hungary’s business customers.
The design of the filling station is specifically designed for business customers with a Shell card to purchase fuel quickly and efficiently. The refueling process is simple: card payment is made directly through a terminal integrated into the fuel column, which enables continuous, seamless service.
The location of the partner Galambos Holding Kft. not only provides fuel supply, but also offers additional convenience services to drivers. In the immediate vicinity of the filling station, there is a guarded truck parking lot, shower facilities, and a Mexican restaurant, which awaits those on the road with quality and delicious dishes.
After Shell Hungary’s quick-service stations already operating in Mosonmagyaróvár and Becsehely, the Vép station further strengthens the company’s presence along domestic transit routes, ensuring smooth fuel supply and convenience services for hauliers.
“Shell is committed to providing high-quality and innovative services to its business customers. Our Vép filling station, similar to the two previously built fast-charging stations, offers a fast and convenient refueling opportunity, contributing to the efficient operation of carriers,” said Zsolt Volyánszki, Regional B2B Business Manager at Shell Hungary.
