Opening of the Hoventa

Within a few months the ministry prepares the draft law on tourism and hospitality, of which the profession wouldd also be involved in the final wording – said Szöllősi László, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy, at the opening ceremony of the 30th Hoventa International Hotel, Catering and Culinary Technology Trade Show on Tuesday at the Hungexpo exhibition center in Budapest.

He added that the law will regulate the quality assurance trade mark, professional conditions, and business profiles also.

The Hoventa trade fair will be open to the visitors until Fiday. It will be accompanied by many events, as well as pizza competition, and the Hungarian finals of the world's most prestigious culinary competition, the Bocuse d'Or on Friday – reports MTI.
