FOODEX has opened, ten exhibitors at the stand of the Agrármarketing Centrum
With the participation of ten exhibitors and a 100 square meter community stand, the Agrármarketing Centrum will participate in the largest food and beverage exhibition in the Pacific Ocean, Foodex. The Tokyo army review is very popular among Hungarian exhibitors, but due to the forced break due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the Company is organizing a community stand again after four years. In addition to the exhibition appearance, the Agricultural Marketing Center also organized a business meeting and a food industry seminar in cooperation with the Hungarian Embassy in Tokyo for twelve domestic companies and about eighty foreign buyers.
The interest in Hungarian products on the Japanese market is remarkable, which is why the largest food and beverage exhibition in the Pacific region is particularly popular among Hungarian companies. At the event in 2019, 3,316 exhibitors from 94 countries presented their products to 85,000 visitors. March 5-8, 2023. at the community stand operated by the Agrármarketing Centrum, frozen vegetables and fruits, honey, duck and goose meat, wines, dried organic vegetable powders, cheeses, sugar- and gluten-free cereal bars, brandies are offered to the attention of foreign importers.
In addition to the exhibition appearance, a meeting of businessmen was organized at the Hungarian Embassy in Tokyo within the framework of the Hungarian Food Business Program with the participation of twelve domestic companies and around eighty foreign buyers and distributors. Such occasions are an excellent opportunity for export-capable domestic companies to build business relationships in the region. The Japanese market is especially interested in, for example, duck and goose meat, as well as various organic products.
