The Companies for the Future Award 2026 application period is now open

The Joint Venture Association (JVSZ) is announcing the Companies for the Future Award for the fifth time this year, which recognizes companies that have made an outstanding contribution to the Hungarian economy, society and the building of a sustainable future. Nominations are open until November 26, 2025, and the results will be announced in 2026. The Companies for the Future Award Gala will take place on February 13th.

The business association, which looks back on its 40-year history, is announcing applications in six categories this year:

  • Best Talent Program – for outstanding education, leadership training and talent management initiatives,

  • Best ESG Program – for corporate programs that strengthen transparency and trust, implemented along ESG principles,

  • Best Technology Investment – for investments that promote digital and technological innovation,

  • Best Next Generation Company – for companies that support the well-being and corporate values ​​of future generations,

  • Best Sustainable Ecosystem Builder – for solutions supporting circular economy and sustainable ecosystems,

  • Best Family Business Legacy – for companies that ensure exemplary generational change and family business value preservation.

Any company registered in Hungary can apply for the applications; Participation is free for JVSZ members, and for external companies the entry fee is 50,000 HUF + VAT.

The Joint Venture Association today brings together more than 130 member companies, representing approximately 1,000 companies through company groups, which account for nearly one-third of the domestic GDP. The aim of the JVSZ is to give wider visibility to best corporate practices through the award and to provide inspiration for companies building the future.

Application deadline: November 26, 2025.
Results announcement: February 13, 2026.
