The 46th Travel Exhibition and 32nd Budapest Boat Show have opened
The 46th Travel Exhibition and 32nd Budapest Boat Show opened at the Hungexpo Budapest Convention and Exhibition Center on Thursday; Máriusz Révész, State Secretary responsible for active Hungary, said at the opening that the focus of the exhibition this year is on active and adventure tourism.
He added: travel habits in Hungary have changed significantly in recent decades, people are already looking for experiences, adventures and challenges during their vacations. He emphasized that they are constantly working to ensure that more and more people can enjoy recreation every year.
Klára Tihanyi, director of the Travel+ exhibition, added: the Travel+ Exhibition will be organized this year with a renewed form and content, and visitors will be treated to so-called experience islands from February 22-25. between at the same time as the Budapest Boat Show, the Karaván Szalon, and the E-bike Test&Show. The foreign guest of honor of the exhibition is Bulgaria, the domestic counties of Gyula and Békés. The 23 domestic and 28 foreign destinations offer their travels at independent stands, and nearly 150 exhibitors are waiting for those interested, he explained.
