The plantations of the Somló Wine Region escaped from the red sludge
Scientific studies have shown that last year's red sludge disaster did not cause any damage to the vineyards of the Somló Wine Region – told Somogyi Lajos Hill Judge over the results of the tests to MTI.
Somogyi Lajos told that amount of heavy metals and toxic substances in the soil of the region are significantly below the pollution limits. The first phase of soil testing is completed, the analytical tests of the leaves are ongoing – reports MTI.
