Surprising results of the latest food safety research (X)
The research result of GKI draws attention to the importance of food safety developments.
GKI Economic Research Ltd’s research shows that 24% of the domestic population generally does not believe information on food labels to be authentic, which reflects the number of negative food shopping experience. Sixty-six percent of the Hungarian customers have already met with tainted food, and false / incorrect information on food labels. The research shows that the most endangered products are products that requires cooling and that 1/3 of the customers do not trust in the safety of super-and hypermarket food. The surprisingly high proportion of distrustful costumers in food safety, proves the reason of existance of the solutions related to this area. On the Kriminálexpo which event will be held between May 5-7 the Állami Nyomda Zrt. will intoduce self-developed products and services, which are capable to restore consumers confidence in food security. The innovations will present a cost-effective solution to prevent abusing of unhealthy foods, or drugs.The improvements include originality protection, the protection against false labelling with unique product idetification and following up the complex logistics.
