Discussions started between the Tesco and the trade union
Tesco and the Commercial Employees' Union (KASZ) representing thousands of Tesco’s empoyees have started discussions due to the announced store closings on Tuesday started the – the trade union told MTI.
According to the informations that were published about the discussion, the company's primary intention is to provide employment opportunities in other stores or warehouses of the company to more and more employees.
In addition, the Tesco has confirmed that in line with market practice will give more benefits that it is required in the law for those who can not continue to work, or who will not choose to stay at Tesco.
According to the communication, the Commercial Employees' Union (KASZ)will consult further for precise details and conditions of the grants, but the positions are already close to each other at the moment. (MTI)
