The assessment of frost damages has started in agriculture
The assessment of frost damages has started in the orchards and fields – the leaders of the trade unions told MTI on Monday.
Ledó Ferenc, chairman of the Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable Interprofessional Organisation and Product Board (FruitVeB) said that the rainfall has not caused big problems in the orchards, some places the water has stopped in the plantations, which is not favorable for the root systems of trees, but the situation is not critical.
