Harvest has begun in the Sopron wine region
The harvest has begun in the Sopron wine region. The quality is perfevt, but the amount is lower than the low values of recent years – Taschner István mountain village president told MTI on Saturday.
The ripening of the grapes is ahead of the average by about tendays, just like in the last three or four years, so the vinatge of the early harvest grape varieties such as the Irsai Olivér, the Turán and the Zenit began on Friday. (MTI)
