The Sziget Festival has begun

The 22nd Sziget Festival began with the minus-first day on Monday.

The performers of the main stage this year include Queens of the Stone Age, the Outkast, Madness, Manic Street Preachers, Placebo, Korn, The Prodigy, while the most popular dance-electronic line is represented by performers such as Deadmau5, Skrillex, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Calvin Harris among others.

For the first time for years four Hungarian bands will also perform on the main stage this year: the author of the Sziget anthem Ivan & The Parazol, the Mary PopKids the Punnany Massif and the Tankcsapda, that is celebrating its 25th anniversary. (MTI)
