Applications for Generali’s EnterPRIZE tender have begun – this year the amount available for SMEs will increase
Environmental awareness – to see exactly where the product we want to buy comes from and to be aware of concepts related to sustainability – is increasingly part of everyday life, but change does not happen overnight. Fortunately, it seems that the demand to buy from sustainable businesses is increasing among the Hungarian population.
In a representative survey of Generali Biztosító, he wondered how much environmental awareness matters to the population aged 18-65 when shopping. For 74 percent of the respondents, sustainability is an important aspect – that is, they are informed on the subject to a certain extent and take this factor into account.
It is not surprising that sustainability means more to the younger age group: while 79 percent of the respondents in the 18-29 age group considered this characteristic important when purchasing a product, this ratio was 69 percent among those aged 30-39.
It seems that sustainability is also an important aspect when choosing a workplace, as it was included among the essential criteria of job seekers: 63 percent of the respondents try to take into account that this direction should be at the heart of their future workplace.
