The regulation containing the detailed rules of the declaration of the food chain monitoring fee has been published

The regulation controlling the declaration and payment of the food chain monitoring fee, lists the scope of those who should pay, the rate of fee and the payment deadlines.

The fee will be the income of the National Food Safety Authority (NÉBIH) and the government agencies. The fee will cover the expenses of  food chain surveillance activities and related tasks. The fee will be declared and should be paid to NÉBIH.
