The Regulation on the authorization of stores’ Sunday opening was published

The government’s decree on the authorization progress was published in the Magyar Közlöny (Official Gazette) on Tuesday.

According to the regulation the exceptional opening hours can be authorized by the clerk of the municipality.

The applicants must submit the requests again every year, and report any changes in circumstances that underlying the request. (MTI)
