The latest issue of Trade magazin is out now!
The digital version is available with more content once again and can be read by clicking on the front page below. But what does the May issue feature?
The May issue of Trade magazin traditionally kicks off with the increasingly important and ever-longer barbecue season. We cover more and more categories each year. This time we cover not only grilling meats and barbecues, but also grilling cheeses, condiments and marinades, sauces, vegetables and side dishes, as well as the related categories of non-food products such as aluminium foils and kitchen towels.
Our Reflector column follows the usual May theme of previous years, with the topics of modern lifestyle and sports. In modern lifestyle we write about the different new food trends, so for instance we have now included plant-based products as a separate theme in our free-from products section. Nor can we forget about the brand-building role of sport in the FMCG world alongside health, especially in a “sporty” year like 2024.
Our May issue isn’t short of other market trends either, analysing the cereal, chocolate, iced coffee, ice cream, energy drink, mineral water, rum and tequila categories, as well as intimate hygiene.
The cosmetics section is complemented by our Beauty supplement, prepared this time each year, with a more in-depth analysis of hair, face and body care products.
It may seem familiar that the domestic news is complemented by a series of international news items, which are significantly more numerous in the digital edition than in the print version of Trade magazin. The news items are grouped thematically for the different columns of the magazine, so they are featured not in bulk but collected separately – news on sustainability, veganism, AI… etc. are featured in blocks.
This time our HoReCa column is permeated by the SIRHA Budapest 2024 trade fair report, looking back on the event from the success of the trade show’s competitions to details of the contents of the professional programmes.
In our sales and business development section we follow national and international events, including the EuroCIS trade show and the European Private Label competition.
In Trade magazin’s in-store and outdoor column we introduce a completely new topic, the digitalisation of pharmacies – covering all the relevant aspects in great detail.
But before all that, we suggest you start reading straight away with our front page interview, as the owners of R-Water talk candidly about the difficulties of starting the company and the successes they have achieved ever since.
In our Chain Bridge Club opinion column Lívia Jeszenszki, the CEO of Reál assesses the state of play in the field of DRS.
The 200-page magazine shares lots of interesting and valuable information with readers. All in all, we recommend you to read the latest issue, the digital version of which you can browse through now by clicking on the image below.
