The latest issue of Trade magazin is out now!
The digital version is available with more content once again and can be read by clicking on the front page below – until the print edition arrives. But what does the June-July double issue feature?
The latest issue of Trade magazin, published in early June, traditionally kicks off with the ranking of FMCG retailers. Every year we summarise the highlights of the previous year and the focus of the current year, with articles about the retail chains, analysis from various trade associations and data from market research companies.
Our Reflektor column focuses on innovation. It analyses developments in the Hungarian and international markets, reports on our Innovation Day event, and shows which innovations have won the Inno d’Or – Innovation of the Year 2024 competition. This column features the debut of the FoodTechShow, which was organised for the first time this year, but it also includes the winning innovations from Anuga FoodTec.
In the market panorama of Trade magazin’s early June issue, we also analyse the convenience, pasta, rice, canned food, iced tea, gin, washing up, and household paper categories with retail data, while on the HoReCa side we take a look at syrups and ice creams.
It may seem familiar that the domestic news is complemented by a series of international news items, which are significantly more numerous in the digital edition than in the print version of Trade magazin. The news items are grouped thematically for the different columns of the magazine, so they are featured not in bulk but collected separately – news on sustainability, veganism, AI… etc. are featured in blocks.
In our sales and business development column, we are following the latest national and international events, including coverage of the Alimentaria&Hostelco trade fair and the Randstad Awards.
In our in-store and outdoor column, there is a big report on the new and innovative retail developments presented in this year’s 800m² Future Store. Just like every year, we also show you what this year’s Promotion of the Year competition and Day of Promotions conference were like.
But before all that, we suggest you start reading straight away with our front page interview, as iqom’s CEO explains what makes their myPOS so much more – it can be important and useful for every retailer.
In our Chain Bridge Club opinion column, we once again feature a piece by Ákos Kozák with the findings of the latest AI research.
The current 250-page digital Trade magazin is the biggest issue this year, with topics that will last into the summer months and in which we once again share a lot of interesting and valuable information with our readers. All in all, we recommend you to read the latest issue, the digital version of which you can browse through now by clicking on the image below.
