The HoReCa section covers the latest developments from industry associations: the Hungarian Catering Industry Association presents turnover and labor-market data; the Hungarian Confectioners’ Association outlines its new strategy and reveals this year’s Cake of Hungary. The news is followed by Impetus Research’s exciting éTREND 2025 study. Afterwards, suppliers, retailers, and hospitality professionals analyze the frozen product category of the HoReCa market. The section concludes with an interview featuring chef Zoltán Kovács, who has achieved success in the U.S. market.
