The Bakony és Balaton Cards are available

The Bakony és Balaton Cards provide discounts for the tourists visiting the area at a number of local service providers. The card was unveiled on Wednesday in Veszprém, by the Bakony and Lake Balaton Regional TDM Organization.

The card can be claimed after one guest nights spent in the region, and discounted services can be used at 34 local service providers currently.

It is planned to issue 80 thousand cards a year – told Lencsés Tamara Managing Director of the nonprofit ltd. which the operator of the TDM organization. She also mentioned, that the organization will launch its bike rental network later this year, and they will publish maps of hiking trails and bicycle routes as well. (MTI)
