Pro Carton launches 2009 Carton Awards

This annual event is now in its 13th year and has over that period had many excellent examples of the skills of carton manufacturers and designers.

 In 1996, Pro Carton
– The European Association for Carton and Cartonboard
Manufacturers, and ECMA, the European Carton Manufacturers
Association, decided to run a competition to find the best in Carton
packaging and to make awards to reflect this.

This year the format
of the awards will remain much as it has in previous years, but this
year in response to popular demand, an additional category has been
added. This will cover large volume cartons and can come from any
type of end use.
