The number of tourists exceeded the pre-crisis datas

According to the Monday released datas of the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO);

the number of tourists significantly increased worldwide last year.

The number of foreign visitors last year was 935 million, 6.7 percent higher, compared to the previous year. Tourism sector’s last year result however, not only surpassed the abysmal 2009 performance, but it is higher than the figures of 2008, when 924 million people travelled abroad – reports ProfitLine.hu.
