Food sales picked up at Easter
Food sales picked up during the Easter period. According to the informations of the chain of stores, the sales of hams increased the most.
Among the typical food products of the Easter period, the sales of hams increased the most. The quantitative increase was 15-20 percent. As expected, the better quality, traditionally cured hams were consumed in larger quantities than last year. The price, however remained a fundamental factor, the most was sold of fast pickled products. (MTI)
