Carlsberg reaches agreement with German Federal Cartel Office
Carlsberg has settled a legal case that has been going on for 11 years, so that the brewing company can focus on its core business. The legal case was part of a wider complaint lodged by the German Federal Cartel Office, which saw fines totalling EUR 338m imposed on several breweries, industry associations and senior managers in 2014, for fixing prices between 2006 and 2008.
