The challenges only made candidates stronger!
For the sixth time, on 7 September the Value and Quality awards were presented to the winners, in the building of the Hungarian Parliament. Trademark use and the award were granted to 47 entries by 40 applicants, in a competition covering more than 100 categories in 45 main groups.
Organised by DIAMOND Szervezőiroda Bt., ExVA Vizsgáló és Tanúsító Kft., Hajnal Húskombinát Kft., LEGRAND Magyarország Villamos Rendszerek Zrt., Saint-Gobain Hungary Kft., and SZÁM-PONT Számítástechnikai és Oktató Központ Kft., the programme rewards those products, services and companies that are dedicated to delivering high quality, and also meet certain sustainability and environmental protection criteria.
Károlyné Ildikó Kiss, managing director of DIAMOND Szervezőiroda Bt. and founder of the Value and Quality Trademark:
“Value and Quality is an award scheme which has stood the test of time, because it is still running smoothly despite the recent difficulties. The number of new trademark users increased by almost 20% this year. Difficult economic circumstances have highlighted the importance of sustainable, flexible business models”. She added that in challenging times, the community role and social responsibility of businesses becomes of paramount importance. In an economic environment where businesses are struggling to survive, quality certifications such as the Value and Quality award can set them apart from their competitors.
