FAO: food prices are falling constantly
Since February, the prices of the most important food products have been steadily declining due to the significant drop in demand generated by the economic and transport effects of the COVID-19 pandemic – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Global Food Price Index, which tracks monthly price changes in key food items in international trade, was 3.4 percent lower in April than in the previous month and about 10 percent from January. (agrarszektor.hu)
