One of New York's most expensive restaurant failed the hygiene test
One of New York's most expensive restaurant performed poorly on a hygiene test in February. The Per Se restaurant, operating in Manhattan's Time Warner Center was given the lowest C grade rating from the public health inspectors.
Which is surprising, because the restaurant is often lauded as one of the best in Manhattan.
The report lists five more violations, only two of which are not “critical.” According to the Department Of Health, any restaurant has two chances to earn an A in an inspection cycle. (MTI)
