Rossmann Hungary won the title of Trusted Employer

As part of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s (DUIHK) annual meeting on May 16, 37 companies were awarded the title of “Reliable Employer 2024/2026”, including Rossmann Magyarország Kft., which was already among the best. The prize is awarded to companies that take care of the working and living conditions of their employees in an exemplary and reliable manner. Managing director Kornél Németh and HR manager Judit Kiss received the award at the DUIHK’s annual members’ meeting held in May.

The aim of the initiative launched in 2017 is to draw the attention of companies to the importance of an employee-friendly environment and to encourage companies to continuously improve working conditions. During the application, a complex set of criteria must be met by those who wish to win the right to bear the title. Applicant companies must describe their practical solutions and corporate policies regarding remuneration, social welfare benefits, recruitment, onboarding, health and working conditions, training and further training, development and career opportunities.

“It fills us with great pride that this year we have again won the title “Reliable Employer 2024/2026″ awarded by the DUIHK – German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which we earned with the complex HR solutions that we developed for the well-being of our employees . We are particularly pleased that this year we were able to supplement the series of measures presented in the 2022 application material with a number of serious measures that were very positively received by our colleagues. Rossmann Hungary also won the Kincentric Best Workplace award in 2022, which is particularly important to us because the title is based on feedback from our own employees. These two awards best show us how they see Rossmann as a workplace from the outside and the inside.”
