Agreement between Tesco and trade unions
Tesco and the trade unions have agreed on a plan that respects the workers’ interests and long-term sustainable development. The draft includes wage growth, workforce and recruitment tasks. The parties also agreed to develop a framework that would allow more effective, mutually beneficial cooperation.
The trade unions and the representatives of Tesco have successfully agreed on the next steps in their cooperation. At the coordination, we managed to find a common solution for a more balanced allocation of workers’ burdens, raising wages and creating a more effective recruitment strategy.
