METRO has agreed on the wage settlement with the Trade Union of Commercial Employees
The management of the METRO Kereskedelmi Kft. has agreed with the Trade Union of Commercial Employees about the Warehouse Arrangement Program that will enter into force on 1 January 2018.
The agreement was reached after several weeks of preparation and conciliation. The agreement is also supported by the Central Works Council. The basic principle of the comprehensive and transparent wage setting was to implement minimum wage increases above the statutory level in every store, while retaining the existing income disparities typical to the jobs with higher responsibilities.
